Axis Warehouse & Logistics has a uniquely qualified leadership team consisting of three executives with over 100 years of combined experience in logistics, transportation, and warehousing. Together, this team pushes Axis to exceed the expectations of our industry.

Ed Louis

Ed brings over 30 years of experience in transportation and a strong understanding of the financial side of running a growing 3PL company. He focuses on building a stable foundation that supports long-term growth. His leadership has played a key role in our expansion and operations over the past decade.

Frank Pagone

Frank has decades of experience across both trucking and warehousing. He leads with a practical understanding of how freight moves, especially in intermodal transport. During periods of disruption, he works closely with clients to develop solutions that keep freight moving and costs under control. He also helps shape pricing structures that are clear, competitive, and built around real operating conditions.

Dan Goldberg

Dan brings over 30 years of 3PL experience, with a focus on food-grade logistics and regulated products. He manages system integrations and works closely with agencies such as the FDA and U.S. Customs to ensure compliance. His work ensures requirements are met without slowing down day-to-day operations.
