Pallet Handling
Preparing Freight Shipments
Shipping needs are not always predictable. Some orders are large, while others consist of smaller quantities going to the same place. An unclear process can lead to extra handling and higher costs.
We work to keep that under control. Smaller shipments can be combined and palletized, so they move together rather than as separate pieces. Once orders are picked and packed, they are palletized to keep them secure during transit. This helps reduce damage, limits the number of shipments, and makes freight easier to handle at the next step.
Palletizing is what keeps freight stable once it leaves the warehouse. If a load is not built correctly, it can shift, break down, or arrive damaged. Our team follows a consistent approach when building pallets. Each load is checked to make sure it is stable, secure, and ready for transport. That consistency helps reduce issues and keeps shipments moving as expected.
