iFrost has officially opened its doors, bringing a brand-new cold storage facility to Bartlett, IL. iFrost was specifically built to meet the growing need for reliable, temperature-controlled storage.

In April 2024, Greco | DeRosa Investment Group announced the construction of a state-of-the-art facility located at 1200 Humbracht Drive. Today, this facility includes 100,000 square feet of refrigeration and freezer space and can maintain temperatures as low as -10°F.

The newly opened iFrost has partnered with Axis Warehouse & Logistics to ensure consistent deliveries, helping customers move products in and out of the facility efficiently. This partnership connects temperature-controlled storage with dependable logistics support, giving customers a smoother, more complete supply chain experience.

Industries iFrost Suits Best

iFrost is built to serve businesses in the food and pharmaceutical industries that need dependable cold storage and strict temperature control. The facility is set up to support both short-term and long-term storage needs, whether products require refrigeration or deep-freeze conditions.

Built to Handle a Wide Range of Products

Not all products require the same temperature. Some foods need refrigerated storage between 32°F and 40°F, while others must stay frozen below -10°F. Certain pharmaceuticals and chemicals also depend on precise temperature control to remain effective.

iFrost was designed with this flexibility in mind. The facility operates in a 24/7, temperature-controlled environment, helping ensure products remain protected around the clock.

Food-Grade and Fully Certified

The facility is fully equipped to handle food products safely. iFrost meets strict standards for cleanliness and compliance:

  • Food Grade
  • FDA Registered
  • AIB Certified
  • USDA Certified

These certifications help ensure products are stored in a clean, regulated environment from arrival through shipment.
